Admission Overview

Casagrand International School is now accepting admissions for the academic year 2024-25 from classes Nursery to Grade VIII. Each grade will have 3 divisions with class strength of no more than 30 students. This ensures that our student teacher ratio remains low, thereby promoting healthy and frequent interactions between teachers and students.

Casagrand International School aims to create a personalised education experience for each student and provide a platform to maximise each student’s learning and build on individual potential.

Admission to the Casagrand International School is subject to eligible applicants meeting minimum entrance requirements and submission of all required documentation.
Submission of a complete application does not guarantee acceptance into Casagrand International School. Complete academic records and all required paperwork must be received by the Office of Admission before the student can be considered for admission.
Failure to submit required documentation and to disclose pertinent information regarding the applicant - such as educational testing, support required in or out of the schooling environment, individual educational plans, or psychological evaluations - may be cause for the student’s admission review to be delayed or denied.

Procedure & Requirements

Casagrand International School application process is designed to help the school administration understand parent expectations for their child’s education and obtain insights into intellectual capabilities and potential of prospective students. The process also provides parents and students with an opportunity to understand the school philosophy, meet key stakeholders and get a glimpse of student-teacher interaction on campus.

Admissions Procedure

1. Obtain Admissions Kit

Obtaining the Admissions Kit from the Admissions Office for Rs. 500 payable by cash or DD drawn in favour of “CASA GRAND INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL”

2. Submit Application

Submission of the completed Application Form and all supporting documents as per Schedule Date and payment of one-time Registration Fee*.

3. Tests and Interview

Test in Math & Second Language and Test of fluency in English will be held for students applying to Grade I and upwards*. *For applicants to Pre-KG, Jr-KG and Sr-KG, no written tests or student interviews are held.

4. Admission Results

Admission results emailed within 15 working days. Confirmation Letter will be emailed to accepted students confirming admission to the school.

5. Admission Fee

Upon receipt of Confirmation Letter, payment of a one-time non-refundable Admission Fee* within 15 days of receipt of confirmation.

Documents Required

As part of the application process, parents are requested to prepare the following documents for submission to the school.

  • Application Form, duly filled
  • 3 colour Photos
  • Report from Previous School (if available)
  • Copy of the Student’s Passport (if available)
  • Copy of the Student’s Birth Certificate in case of (PIO holders)
  • Copy of any one of the following as proof of Residence for Parents:
    • Passport/Adhar / Ration /Voter ID card
    • Most recent water/telephone/electricity/gas bill
    • Statement of running bank account

Procedures to be followed while filling up the form

  • Application form to be submitted within 7 working days after buying the form. Duly filled in forms are to be submitted along with copy of birth certificate, address proof, copy of Aadhar, UDIS number (for students from grade 2 onwards) along with 2 photographs of the child. Please note that without these documents the form will not be accepted. Kindly avoid further requests.
  • Admission at Casagrand International School will be on first on first come basis.
  • Admission for the current academic year will be done till the 30th of June every year based on the availability of seats in each class.
  • Each class is limited to 30 students per class.
  • For Kindergarten – Admission will be based on the Interaction. The date of INTERACTION will be intimated. Both the parents should accompany the child for interaction. Dates for interaction will be communicated to you well in advance by the school office.
  • For Std. I & Upwards – Admission will be through strength assessment. An assessment in English, chosen second language and math will be conducted based on the current syllabus the child is studying. This is only to understand the level of proficiency in the above subjects. However this will not be a deterring factor admission.. Result of the Test shall be emailed along with the date and the time of interaction with the Principal, if the student is selected. Both the parents should accompany the child. Tests will be held on Saturdays only. Date of tests will be communicated to the parents by the office after the submission of the application form by the parents.
